Not really. I am a guy from Toronto, Ontario who is a technical support team lead for a website hosting company. My job entails long hours on phone calls with people about why they suck...

There is a posting on our blackboard here which used to say "All of our customers are special. Each is unique like a snowflake" which we have changed to "Each of our customers are special and unique, just like the kid on the short bus which licks the windows".

Can you believe that I was not able to post because my name wasn't more then ten characters?
